No, the program is designed to be accessible to those with varying levels of experience, from beginners to those with more advanced understanding. 

The program spans ten weeks and features online modules, readings, assignments, and scheduled Zoom meetings for interactive learning and reflection.

While the program provides a foundational understanding and skills beneficial for holistic psychedelic nursing, it is designed for self-development. It is not intended to fully prepare nurses for direct psychedelic practice.

Participants will learn about the history of psychedelic nursing, legal aspects of psychedelic practice, cultural humility, sacred medicine traditions, holistic nursing principles, spiritual care, personal integrity, and how to cultivate a healing environment.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion from the Holistic Psychedelic Nurses Collective, acknowledging their participation and learning in the program and granting 36 continuing education contact hours

Yes, this activity has been approved by the American Holistic Nurses Association to award 36 contact hours. The American Holistic Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Participation in this program may grant hours toward your Holistic Nursing Certification education requirements

We encourage participants to attend all Zoom sessions. Please do your best to be available and fully present to engage in the class.

To receive contact hours, you are required to attend the first Zoom session and at least two of the three remaining Zoom classes. If one class is missed, you must watch the recording and submit a reflective response.
